No complains at all, the venue met expectations. I appreciated the room with great views over the town, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel had a central location and it was right next to Aupark Kosice. The venue was 20 minutes drive from the airport.

The hotel's location allows easy access to various attractions.
The lack of working air conditioning made it difficult to sleep, leading to a restless night. When I brought these issues to the attention of the staff, their responses felt unsatisfactory and dismissive, leaving me feeling undervalued as a guest.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, even so everything was modern. The room was not only tastefully decorated, but nice styled too, and had a safe, television, and a mini fridge bar. Its location in Kosice was unbeatable and particularly good, adjacent to city centre and a lovely mall. We dined out at Pizzeria Zvon, set just next door to the hotel.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to both the Old Town and the shopping mall. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. I got a room upgrade, a nice surprise. The room was spacious and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean. The breakfast selection had fresh pancakes and a variety of items that really hit the spot. The late check-in time at 3 PM felt a bit inconvenient, especially after traveling. I also noticed the hotel charged an additional 6 Euros for room service, which I found unusual. One more thing, the reception staff seemed a bit less engaging compared to the breakfast team. A solid stay, but a few tweaks would enhance the experience.

The doubletree was easily reachable from the airport and right at the start of the pedestrian area. The staff was super friendly. I loved the sauna and the small spa in the fitness area- a perfect way to unwind after a long day.

- Nicely decorated interior of the hotel - lobby, rooms. - good room equipments (iron+board) - very confortable bed, - good quality bed clothing, - clean and spacius bathroom, - possibility to turn off the airconditioning - good TV channels seletion
The reception staff was in general nice but a bit awkward, not very flexibly reacting to our (minor) requests.

I find quite strange, that hotel of this quality does not incude brakfast and asks for another 16 euros per person for them little too much noise from trams below the window
